Recorded this on my tascam dr60d using my rode ntg2 shotgun mic. Just me walking through some snow we got yesterday.

A chainsaw is starting and sawing some branches in a forest, 3 meters from the mic. Some residual voices around. Recorded with schoeps cmc6 mk41recorded on sounddevice mixpre6wave mono 24 bits 48khzfrance, june 2022.

Various sounds of a carrot chopped into small pieces. The carrot lies on a wooden chopping board. There are also sounds, where you can hear how slices are moved on the board using the knife. All sounds in the pack "kitchen sounds 2022" were recorded with the zoom h6 and the xyh-6 microphone module. The sound was recorded at 96khz with 24bits. I limited the postprocessing to cutting and small gain adjustments. Also, i grouped similar sounds into larger files for easier handling and sound comparison. Field-recording of wind in mainly coniferous trees on a cold winter's day in the mountains. This is a residential recording, taken near a playground and a parking lot. Recorded in stereo with the zoom h2n recorder. A crow can be heard flying overhead in the last 30 seconds or so of the recording.

I walked along a quiet forest path in the evening and recorded my steps. In the background you can hear quietly call a tawny owl.

Ambience of a night in december. It snowed earlier in the day, with freezing rain after. In this you can hear icy trees crackle as they sway in the wind. A block away, motorists are passing by. Some people yell out. A one-note wind chime is dinging, sometimes another wind chime sounds. Some ice falls, and various other little things happen. . . I stood quite sheltered from the wind, above me the rustling trees from the breeze that was just blowing. In the distance a dog was barking. Nice stereo effect :-). The recording is edited.
